The name Semble derives from the word Ensemble, reflecting our deep-rooted belief that everything is built on togetherness.

Our daily commitment is grounded in environmentally responsible agriculture that does more than preserve the present, it actively contributes to the solutions of tomorrow.

Regenerating biodiversity in our landscapes and restoring the vitality of our soils are among the essential challenges we dedicate ourselves to.

Cover crops between the rows of vines, plant infusions and artisanal macerations, a holistic approach, gentle pruning and the planting of hedgerows: these are just some of the practices rooted in ancestral knowledge that now lie at the heart of our daily work.

This collective extends beyond humanity: it brings the earth, insects and grapes into dialogue.
